Technique Tuesday Blog Hop - April 2025 Stencils

Time for another Technique Tuesday Blog Hop. This month our theme is "Stencilling". The Decorative Masks that come as part of the Lovely Garden Suite make me feel like an artist - so easy to create beautiful images with them!

You can either stamp the image and then use the stencils to colour them or you can simply use the stencils. I used the stencils without stamping first to create this image. So beautiful and so easy!

Instructions

Cut Secret Sea cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold an burnish on scorelines using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Darling Duckling cardstock 4" x 5 1/4" and emboss using the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder.
Use Blending Brush to add some Darling Duckling ink around edges.
Cut Basic White cardstock 3 1/8" x 4 1/2"
Use stencils to add colour - Darling Duckling for flower, Timid Tiger for centre of flower and Lost Lagoon for leaves.
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Timid Tiger ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
Adhere Starburst Sequins
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp sentiment in centre using Timid Tiger ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
