Fancy Fold Blog Hop - April 2025
I made this fun "Flip Flap" card using the new Sunrise Sailing Bundle that will be released in on May 6th as an Online Exclusive! It's perfect for any occasion! My husband and I owned a 34 foot sailboat for 14 years so I knew as soon as I saw this bundle I had to have it!

Instructions
- Cut Cloud Cover cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".
- Emboss using the Soft Waves Embossing Folder
- Adhere to card base.
- Cut Cloud Cover cardstock 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" and score at 1/2"
- Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder
- Adhere 1/2" flap to inside of card aligning scoreline with right edge of card with larger section folded over front of card - this is the Flap Mechanism
- Cut out circle from Cloud Cover cardstock using 2nd largest Stylish Shape Circle Die.
- Stamp 2 birds on circle using Secret Sea ink
- Stamp waves reflection at bottom using Secret Sea ink stamped off.
- Cut out boat from Secret Sea cardstock using Die.
- Cut out sails from Basic White cardstock using Die.
- Adhere sails to boat.
- Adhere boat to circle using Dimensionals.
- Adhere circle to left side of flap mechanism using Dimensionals. Make sure the Dimensionals are only on the Flap Mechanism.
- Cut out 2 clouds from Basic White cardstock using Die.
- Colour clouds lightly with Secret Sea ink using Blending Brush.
- Adhere to card base.
- Cut out birds from Secret Sea cardstock using Die.
- Adhere to clouds and card base.
- Cut Cloud Cover cardstock 5/8" x 3 1/2"
- Stamp sentiment on Cloud Cover cardstock using Secret Sea ink
- Cut banner ends
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
- Adhere Secret Sea Flat Pearls.
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Stamp waves on bottom using Secret Sea ink
- Adhere to inside of card.
