Fun Folds Blog Hop - March 2025

Time for another Fun Folds Blog Hop. We are a group of Demonstrators from around the world that love to share what they love. I hope you enjoy and are inspired by the talents of the Demonstrators who participate!

My team member Katherine shared this fun fold on a recent Team Meeting and I loved it. Here's my version of her puzzle fold card. I used the new Lovely Garden Suite. So pretty! Cut Basic Black cardstock 4 1/4" x 9 1/4" and score at 1", 2", 7 1/2" and 8 1/2"
Fold on the scorelines using Bone Folder in mountain, valley, valley, mountain configuration.
Cut Basic Black cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", then cut into 4 pieces that are 1 1/16" x 5 1/2"
Cut the strips as follows:

Strip 1 - cut at 1 1/4" - gives 2 pieces - 1 1/16" x 1 1/4" and 1 1/16" x 4 1/4"
Strip 2 - cut at 2 3/8" - gives 2 pieces - 1 1/16" x 2 3/8" and 1 1/16" x 3 1/8"
Strip 3 - cut at 3 1/8" - gives 2 pieces - 1 1/16" x 3 1/8" and 1 1/16" x 2 3/8"
Strip 4 - cut at 4 1/4" - gives 2 pieces - 1 1/16" x 4 1/4" and 1 1/16" x 1 1/4"

Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut into 5 strips - 4 that are 15/16" x 5 1/4" and 1 that is 1/4" x 5 1/4"
Cut the strips as follows:

Strip 1 - cut at 1 1/8" - gives 2 pieces - 15/16" x 1 1/8" and 15/16" x 4 1/8"
Strip 2 - cut at 2 1/4" - gives 2 pieces - 15/16" x 2 1/4" and 15/16" x 3""
Strip 3 - cut at 3" - gives 2 pieces - 15/16" x 3" and 15/16" x 2 1/4"
Strip 4 - cut at 4 1/8" - gives 2 pieces - 115/16" x 4 1/8" and 15/16" x 1 1/8"
Strip 5 - do not cut - save for inside of card

Adhere Designer Series to corresponding pieces of Basic Black cardstock
Starting with shortest piece - adhere to the left edge of the card base aligned with top and side.
Continue adhering cardstock pieces to the longest - each aligned with left edge and butted up against each other.
Repeat on the right side starting with the longest piece and continuing to the bottom with the shortest piece.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to Basic Black cardstock and cut around shape about 1/8" from sentiment shape
Cut 9" of ribbon and zig zag on left side of card base.
Adhere sentiment over ribbon
Adhere Fresh Freesia Starburst Sequins
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere Strip 5 of Designer Series Paper to the bottom
Adhere to inside of card.
