Creativity Abounds Blog Hop - Anything But a Card - March 2025

Time for another Creativity Abounds Blog Hop! We are a group of very keen Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world who are coming together to share our creative ideas with you. We are happy that you can join us and hope that we can inspire you to make creations of your own. You may be starting here or you may have come from someone else's blog - either way there is a list at the end of this post to help you move around all the different blogs and get many amazing ideas. This month we're sharing anything but a card! I was at the Stampin' Up! OnStage in Strasbourg, France last week and this was the swap that I made. I love swapping with other Demonstrators and I learned a couple of years ago that Demonstrators in Europe love 3D Swaps. Here's the pretty collapsible box I made to share. Thanks to Claire Ottaway for the inspiration. I changed up the measurements slightly from hers so that it uses a 1/4" sheet of cardstock.

Here are my swaps

I added a mini chocolate bar that are distinctly Canadian - Coffee Crisp and Smarties!

Now, here's the size I made on my Video. This one uses half a sheet of cardstock.

I gave this box to one of my friends on her birthday. I hope she enjoyed the chocolate!

Cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" - scored at 1 1/4", 2 1/2", 3 3/4" and 5" along long side
Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 6 1/2" scored at 1 1/4" and 2 1/2" along short side and 1 1/4" and 6 1/4" along long side

Larger Box - Imperial

Cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 2", 4", 6" and 8" along long side
Designer Series Paper 6" x 9 1/4" scored at 2" and 4" along short side and 2" and 7 1/4" along long side

Small Box - Metric

Cardstock 10.5 cm x 14.9 cm scored at 3.3 cm, 6.6 cm, 9.9 cm and 13.2 cm along long side
Designer Series Paper 10 cm x 16.6 cm scored at 3.3 cm and 6.6 cm along short side and 3.3 cm and 16.6 cm along long side

Large Box - Metric

Cardstock 21 cm x 14.9 cm - scored at 4.7 cm, 9.4 cm, 14.1 cm and 18.8 cm along long side
Designer Series Paper 14.4 cm x 23.8 cm scored at 4.7 cm and 9.4 cm along short side and 4.7 cm and 19.1 cm along long side
