Time for a Stamping With Friends Blog Hop! This time there is no theme - it's Bloggers Choice. Today I made a flap card using the "Flip Flaps" now available from Stampin' Up!

When I saw the Flip Flaps in the Scrapbooking Brochure I knew I had to make a Shaker Card from them. There are 4 sizes which gives you lots of options! Check out this fun birthday flap shaker card.

Instructions

Cut Night of Navy cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Peach Pie cardstock 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Cut Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
Adhere Designer Series Paper to Peach Pie cardstock
Adhere to card base.
Cut Designer Series Paper 3" x 3 1/4"
Use Embossing Buddy inside of Flip Flap to remove static.
Insert Designer Series Paper into Flip Flap.
Add Itty Bitty Bokeh Mix.
Use Stampin' Seal to adhere end over Designer Series Paper closed.
Adhere flap on flip flap to inside of card base aligned with edge.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp banner in bottom right hand corner using Night of Navy ink.
Adhere to inside of card.
Cut out banner from Basic White cardstock using Die. Trim 1/2" off top (flat) edge.
Stamp sentiment using Night of Navy ink.
Adhere to flip flap using Dimensionals.
