Share It Sunday Blog Hop - February 2025
Today I'm sharing a card I made using the Birthday Celebrations Bundle with the Wildflower Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love this suite!
It was fun to use the Gold Open Weave Trim as a mask for blending colour. Isn't this a fun card!
Instructions
- Cut Soft Seafoam cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold on scoreline and burnish using Bone Folder to form card.
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Lay Gold Open Weave Trim over right side of Basic White cardstock and use Blending Brush to add Pretty in Pink ink.
- Adhere Open Weave Trim over pink and adhere to the back.
- Cut Designer Series Paper 2" x 5 1/4" and adhere to left side of Basic White cardstock about 1/8" from left edge.
- Cut out banner from Gold Foil using Die.
- Cut out 6 tassels from Gold Foil using Dies.
- Adhere banner across top of card and adhere using a dot of glue on each end.
- Adhere 2 tassels together and adhere across banner evenly spaced.
- Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Pretty in Pink ink.
- Cut out using Paper Snips.
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
- Adhere Pretty in Pink embelishment to each tassel.
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Cut Designer Series Paper 1/2" x 5 1/4"
- Adhere to the right side of the Basic White cardstock
- Adhere to the inside of the card.
