Storybook Garden Patch Spring Card

Here's a perfect card for a masculine gardener in your life!  The Storybook Garden Patch Bundle is so adorable. It's part of the Storybook Moments Suite in the Stampin' Up! Jan to Apr Catalogue.  

Check out this fun card.  Isn't the plaid Designer Series Paper from Timeless Plaid fun!

Instructions

  1. Cut Lost Lagoon cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4".  Burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
  2. Cut Early Espresso cardstock 3 3/8" x 4 5/8"
  3. Cut Designer Series Paper 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"
  4. Adhere Designer Series Paper to Early Espresso cardstock.
  5. Adhere to card base.
  6. Stamp trowel and shovel on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
  7. Colour using Stampin' Blends - Crumb Cake and Pebble Path.
  8. Stamp watering can on Lost Lagoon cardstock using Lost Lagoon ink.
  9. Stamp cabbage on Old Olive cardstock using Old Olive ink.
  10. Cut out images using Dies.
  11. Cut out ground shape and leaves from Old Olive cardstock using Dies.
  12. Tuck in leaves to slit in ground shape and adhere with a Dimensional.
  13. Adhere ground shape to card base using Dimensionals.
  14. Adhere shovel and trowel behind ground.
  15. Adhere watering can and cabbage using Dimensionals
  16. Cut Basic White cardstock 1/4" x 2 1/4"
  17. Stamp sentiment using Lost Lagoon ink
  18. Cut banner end in the left end.
  19. Adhere to top right of card base using Dimensionals.
  20. Adhere embellishments
  21. Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
  22. Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
  23. Adhere to right side of Basic White cardstock
  24. Adhere to inside of card.

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail.  Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.
