Festive Friday Challenge #174 - 12 days of Christmas

It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #174 - 12 days of Christmas

What would you choose from the Inspo List? I chose pink, blue (I call Summer Splash blue!) and shimmer jewels from the list for this pretty card featuring the Umbrella Days bundle. I had fun paper piecing the umbrella!

Here's my card using the Umbrella Days bundle. I thought it was perfect for Paper Piecing!

Instructions

Cut Summer Splash cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form cardbase.
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Cut Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
Stamp rain drops on Designer Series Paper using Summer Splash ink.
Adhere to Basic White cardstock
Adhere to card base.
Stamp little girl on Basic White cardstock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
Cut out using Die.
Stamp umbrella twice on Pretty ink Pink and Summer Splash Designer Series Paper using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
Cut out sections of umbrella using Paper Snips
Adhere alternating colours to umbrella
Stamp boots on Petunia Pop Designer Series Paper using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Cut out boots
Adhere to main image.
Cut out jacket on Summer Splash Designer Series Paper using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
Cut out jacket and adhere to main image.
Colour leggings using Pretty in Pink Stampin' Blends.
Punch circle from Summer Splash cardstock using 2 3/8" Circle Punch
Stamp raindrops on circle using Summer Splash ink
Adhere little girl to circle using Dimensionals.
Adhere to bottom right of card base using Dimensionals.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Summer Splash Ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Mini Dimensionals.
Adhere embellishments
Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp raindrops twice using Summer Splash ink (full strength and stamped off)
Adhere to inside of card.
