Festive Friday #173 - A Traditional Christmas

It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.

Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. This week’s challenge FF #173 - Traditional Christmas

What would you choose from the Inspo List? I chose gold, embossing and Christmas sentiment from the list for this pretty card featuring the Christmas Labels Bundle.

I designed this card for my Open House on World Card Making Day in red but decided it would look pretty in Pretty Peacock too. Which do you like best?

These are quick and easy cards to put together for the holiday season!

Instructions

Cut Pretty Peacock cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4".
Emboss using the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder.
Wrap ribbon around Very Vanilla cardstock about 1" from bottom and adhere to the back.
Adhere to the card base.
Cut out circle from Designer Series Paper using 2nd largest Spotlight on Nature Die.
Adhere to the card base.
Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock using Pretty Peacock.
Cut out using Die.
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
Cut 4" of ribbon and tuck under ribbon on card base. Tie a knot.
Adhere embellishments
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla cardstock using Pretty Peacock ink
Adhere to the inside of the card.
