Stamping With Friends Blog Hop - Colouring Tools

Today I'm hopping with the Stamping With Friends Blog Hop. For this Blog Hop the theme is "Colouring Tools". I used the Baby Wipe Technique for this pretty card featuring the Caring Leaves Stamp Set.

It's fun to create your own "stamp pad" with unique colour combinations using this technique and so easy!
Check out the fun card - an off centre gate fold card.

Instructions

Cut Cajun Craze cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 1 1/2" and 5 3/4". Fold and burnish on scorelines folding both inward using Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Crushed Curry cardstock 1 3/8" x 5 3/8" and adhere to the small flap
Cut Crushed Curry cardstock 2 5/8" x 5 3/8" and adhere to the larger flap.
Cut Cajun Craze Designer Series Paper 2 1/2" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to the small flap.
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 1 1/4" x 5 1/4"
Fold Baby Wipe in half and drop 2-3 drops of Garden Green, Cajun Craze and Crushed Curry re-inkers onto baby wipe.
Stamp leaf outlines on Very Vanilla cardstock using Cajun Craze ink.
Ink up leaves using Baby Wipe stamp pad and stamp onto Very Vanilla cardstock.
Adhere to larger flap.
Punch out circle from Cajun Craze cardstock using 2 3/8" Circle Punch.
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Stamp 3 leaf outlines on Very Vanilla cardstock using Cajun Craze ink.
Ink up leaves using Baby Wipe stamp pad and stamp onto Very Vanilla cardstock.
Cut out leaves using Paper Snips.
Wrap Linen Thread around palm of hand and adhere to circle.
Adhere leaves to circle using Dimensionals.
Cut Very Vanilla cardtock 3/4" x 1"
Stamp sentiment using Cajun Craze.
Adhere to leaves using Dimensionals.
Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp outline of leaf using Cajun Craze ink in bottom right corner
Stamp leaf using Baby Wipe Stamp Camp
Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to left side of Very Vanilla cardstock
Adhere to inside of card.
Adhere copper gems to card base.

Christmas Stamp a Stack

Join me each month starting in July for my 2024 Christmas Stamp-a-Stack. We'll make 8 cards each month (2 of 4 designs) so you'll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions.

Cost is $40 (local) or $45 (by mail) each month or free with a minimum of a $45 order (before taxes and shipping).

Two options - in person or by mail.

In Person - class will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 10am.

By mail - Zoom will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 1pm. The class will be recorded and available via YouTube if you can't join the class. You will substitute stamp sets or add the stampset/dies to your order.

Each month there will be an option to purchase the stampset or bundle. Costs will be based on product used.

The October kit will use the Artful Amaryllis Stamp Set - from the September to December Mini Catalogue!

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.

This month the club features the Regal Flora Bundle from the Stampin' Up! September to December Mini Catalogue.

You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Regal Winter Designer Series Paper, 1/2 packaged of Regal Distressed Specialty Designer Series Paper and a package of Regal Foil Dots. Cost is $55 In Person (or local pick up) and $60 mailed or you can get for free without the product above with a minimum $45 order!

You can join my club monthly. If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 4 people per class.
