Share It Sunday Blog Hop - September 2024

It's time for another Share It Sunday Blog Hop!  We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world and we are sharing our projects with you as part of this blog hop.  There is no theme for our blog hop today. We share projects we are working on to inspire you!

Check out my non-traditional colours on this pretty wintry card!  Who doesn't love purple!  I love the Emboss Resist technique and it's a "Go To" technique when I see snowflakes!  The snowflakes in the Frozen Edges Stamp Set are so pretty!  I paired the embossed resist with the Perennial Postage Dies.  Definitely the perfect partnership!

Instructions

1. Cut Highland Heather cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2".  Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder to form card base.
2. Cut Basic White cardstock using 2nd largest Perennial Postage Die.
3. Cut Basic White cardstock 3 3/4" x 5"
4. Wipe Basic White cardstock using Embossing Buddy.
5. Stamp snowflakes randomly with Versamark ink.
6. Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder and heat to melt.
7. When dry, use Blending Brush to apply Highland Heather ink over embossed images.
8. Wipe cardstock off with Paper Towel to remove any ink that sits on the embossed images.
9. Stamp smaller snowflake randomly on card base using Highland Heather ink stamped off.
10. Adhere to Basic White die cut.
11. Adhere to card base.
12. Punch circle from Highland Heather cardstock using 2 3/8" Circle Punch,
13. Wipe Basic White cardstock using Embossing Buddy.
14. Stamp sentiment on circle using Versamark.
15. Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder and heat to melt.
16. Stamp snowflakes randomly on circle using Highland Heather ink stamped off.
17. Cut 4" of ribbon and fold in half.
18. Tuck under bottom right corner of circle and adhere with a Dimensional.
19. Adhere circle to card base using Dimensionals.
20. Adhere Iridescent Faceted Gems
21. Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
22. Stamp snowflake in bottom right corner and stamp again without reinking.
23. Adhere to the inside of the card.

Christmas Stamp a Stack

Join me each month starting in July for my 2024 Christmas Stamp-a-Stack. We'll make 8 cards each month (2 of 4 designs) so you'll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions.

Cost is $40 (local) or $45 (by mail) each month or free with a minimum of a $45 order (before taxes and shipping). 

Sign up for the full 5 months and you'll receive $25 in product of your choice. 

Two options - in person or by mail.  

• In Person - class will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 10am. 

• By mail - Zoom will be held on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 1pm. The class will be recorded and available via YouTube if you can't join the class.  You will substitute stamp sets or add the stampset/dies to your order. 

Each month there will be an option to purchase the stampset or bundle. Costs will be based on product used.

The September kit will use the Sweetest Star Stamp Set - from the September to December Mini Catalogue!

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail.  Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.  

This month the club features the Season of Elegance from the Stampin' Up! September to December Mini Catalogue. 

• Add the Peaceful Evergreens or Peaceful Season to your kit and your class is free!

You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Season of Elegance Designer Series Paper, 2 rows of each size of Adhesive Backed Gold Textured Embellishments and the Painted Trees Embossing Folder.  Cost is $55 In Person (or local pick up) and $60 mailed or you can get for free without the product above with a minimum $45 order!

You can join my club monthly.  If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm.  Space will be limited to 4 people per class.
