Technique Tuesday Blog Hop - Brayering
Today I'm hopping with Stamping Demonstrators from around the world sharing projects featuring Brayering Techniques. I'm so excited that Stampin' Up! had brought the brayer back in the upcoming January to April Mini Catalogue! How fun!
The Brayer is perfect for adding ink to an embossing folder. Check out this pretty card featuring the Adoring Hearts bundle and the gorgeous coordinating Most Adoring Designer Series Paper that you can get for free during Sale-a-Bration!
Instructions
- Cut Real Red cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder.
- Cut Distressed Gold Specialty Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
- Cut Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 5"
- Adhere Designer Series Paper to Distressed Gold Paper
- Adhere to card base
- Brayer Real Red ink to the inside of the Embossing Folder (the side that has the Stampin' Up! Logo).
- Add heart die over embossing folder
- Lay on Very Vanilla cardstock
- Run through Stampin' Cut n' Emboss Machine - you get coloured and embossed hearts cut out!
- Adhere hearts to card base using Dimensionals
- Cut out banner from Very Vanilla cardstock using Die
- Cut out banner from Distressed Gold paper using Die
- Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla banner using Real Red ink
- Cut gold banner in half and adhere pieces to each end of Very Vanilla banner
- Adhere to card base using Mini Dimensionals
- Adhere embellishments
- Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Adhere heart in bottom right corner
- Adhere to inside of card.

Monthly Card Club
I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature.
