Stampin' Dreams - Gift Packaging

Time for the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators around the world who participate each month to share projects we are working on. Our theme this month is "Gift Packaging".

I thought I'd share an easy packaging idea - Sour Cream Containers - that you can use either for gifts or for a table favour with some candy. It's so easy and fun to make. Check out these pretty versions featuring the Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper along with a pretty tag. I'll definitely be making more of these for my Christmas table!

Instructions

Cut Designer Series Paper 6" x 6"
Score each end 4 time at 1/8" intervals
Add Tear and Tape adhesive to the one side opposite the scored ends and roll into a toilet roll. Adhere together.
Adhere one end closed using Tear and Tape Adhesive
Fill with candy or gift
Adhere end closed using Tear and Tape Adhesive
Cut tag from Thick Basic White cardstock using Die from Merriest Trees Bundle
Stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Stamp "to/from" on the back of the tag using Tuxedo Black Memento ink
Colour using Stampin' Blends - Shaded Spruce, Real Red, Mossy Meadow
Put ribbon through hold and tie a bow.
Adhere to container
Adhere Red Gems using Liquid Glue
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Real Red ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to tag using Mini Dimensionals

Monthly Card Club
