Two Tone Flora Lattice Card

Today I'm sharing a lattice card I made for a team member who recently promoted. I love this card. I was inspired by lattice cards that Brandy Cox shared and had to give it a try. Isn't this pretty!

Instructions

Cut Fresh Freesia cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold and burnish on scoreline using Bone Folder
Cut 3 ¼” from bottom of card base.
From the piece cut off, cut 5 pieces that are ½” x 4 ¼”
Cut the remaining piece in half to give 2 pieces that are ⅜” x 4 ¼”
Adhere a strip of washi tape to the back of the front flap of the card base so that the sticky side is facing up. You may need to hold it down using a Clear Block on the bottom
Arrange the 5 strips evenly between the bottom of the top flap and the bottom - the first one is aligned with the bottom edge.
Adhere the 2 narrower strips to the strips vertically about ½” from left and right edges using Liquid Glue with the top about ½” above the first strip. Trim off excess.
Adhere Designer Series Paper to the top flap
Stamp 2 flowers (1 small and 1 large) on Basic White cardstock using Soft Seafoam ink
Cut out using Dies
Stamp 2 leaves (1 small and 1 large) on Basic White cardstock using Evening Evergreen ink
Cut out using Dies
Cut 11” of ribbon - fold into 3
Adhere to the top left of card base
Adhere flowers to left side at the top using Dimensionals over ribbon
Adhere leaves behind flowers using Glue Dots
Stamp sentiment on second strip from bottom using Evening Evergreen ink
Adhere Flat Pearl embellishments

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
