SU Trip Achievers Blog Hop - March 2023
Welcome to the Trip Achievers Blog Hop. I am so honoured to be participating in this Blog Hop and I am so thankful for the support I received from my Customers and Team Members so that I could achieve this trip (less than 1% of demonstrators world wide earn this trip)! Thank you so much! We're off on a cruise to the Norwegian Fjords in May 2023!
One of my team members asked me to demonstrate a drapery fold card recently. I had fun checking out different drapery folds and found this one which is a little different. Thanks to Tina Wardell for the great instructions! What a great way to use up Designer Series Paper that we all have!
I loved the colour combination for Evening Evergreen and Petal Pink.

Instructions
- Cut Evening Evergreen cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline with Bone Folder to form card base.
- Cut Petal Pink cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Emboss using Star Embossing Folder
- Adhere to card base
- Cut Designer Series Paper 5 3/8" x 10" and score at 1", 1 1/2", 2 1/2", 3", 4", 4 1/2", 5 1/2", 6", 7", 7 1/2", 8 1/2" and 9" along the long side
- Make a mark on both short sides at 2 3/16" and 3 3/16"
- Make a mark on both long sides at 4 1/2"and 5 1/2"
- Cut from 4 1/2" to 2 3/16" on the diagonal on left side
- Cut from 4 1/2" to 3 3/16" on the diagonal on left side
- Cut from 5 1/2" to 2 3/16" on the diagonal on right side
- Cut from 5 1/2" to 3 3/16" on the diagonal on right side
- Accordion fold on the scorelines from left side starting with a mountain fold to the 4 1/2" scoreline.
- Accordion fold on the scorelines from the right edge starting with a mountain fold to the 5 1/2" scoreline.
- Adhere the drapery folded piece to the card base.
- Cut Evening Evergreen cardstock 1" x 4"
- Cut Basic White cardstock 3/4" x 3 3/4"
- Stamp sentiment using Evening Evergreen ink
- Adhere to Evening Evergreen cardstock
- Adhere to middle of cards base using dimensionals.
- Adhere embellishments
- Cut Basic White cardstock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
- Adhere to right side of Basic White cardstock
- Adhere to the inside of the card

Monthly Card Club
I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.
You can join my club monthly. If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.
The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
