Stampin' Dreams - Florals Blog Hop

Time for the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators around the world who participate each month to share projects we are working on. Our theme this month is "Florals". I had to use the amazing new Hello, Irresistible Suite from the March Online Exclusives.

I had fun making this card on a recent Free Online Class that I host every Monday night at 7pm Pacific. Come join us - I share a card or a technique and you craft along using your own supplies. Check Facebook or Instagram for the Zoom details!

Isn't this pretty in Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo! It's a Window card that opens up to fun fold.

Instructions

Cut Daffodil Delight cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and Score at 4 1/4". Fold and burnish on scoreline with Bone Folder to form card base.
Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
Lay on card base (do not adhere) and use 2nd largest circle from Stylish Shapes to cut circle through both layers. Save circle that you cut out!
Adhere Designer Series Paper to front of card aligning edges of opening.
Cut "bracelet of pearls" from Flirty Flamingo cardstock. Cut out of cardstock using Paper Snips.
Adhere around opening.
Stamp flower on Flirty Flamingo and Daffodil Delight using Versamark.
Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder and heat to melt.
Cut out using Die
Stamp leaves on Soft Succulent cardstock using Soft Succulent ink
Cut out using Dies
Adhere flowers around opening using Dimensionals
Adhere leaves under flowers using Glue Dots
Stamp sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Flirty Flamingo ink
Cut out using Paper Snips
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Adhere Frosty Dots using Glue
Cut Basic White cardstock 8" x 5 1/4"
Score at 2 1/8" and 4"
Fold in half at 4" scoreline and burnish with Bone Folder
Fold on 2 1/8" scoreline back towards the 4" scoreline. Burnish with Bone Folder
Adhere to the inside of the card so that the side with the flap faces the right side. The inside of the card will fold out towards the right.
Adhere the Designer Series Paper circle to the Daffodil Delight circle with the opposite side of the DSP facing out
Fit the circle into the opening and adhere half of the circle to the Basic White flap.
Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
Adhere to the left side of the Basic White piece.

Monthly Card Club

I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.

The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
