Miura Fancy Fold Card
I love making fancy fold cards! The Hello, Irresistible products from the March Online Exclusives are amazing and perfect for a Miura Fold. I hadn't made one of these fancy folds card before so had to try. I love how it turned out in Evening Evergreen and Soft Seafoam. Evening Evergreen is one of the 2021-2023 In Colors which means that it will be retiring at the end of April. Definitely still time to get your supplies topped up of Evening Evergreen and other In Colors before they disappear! Definitely grab a Reinker if you don't have one!
The Miura fold was invented by a Japanese astrophysicist and if you google it, you'll find lots of information about how it has been used in space! Kind of cool! Check out this pretty card I created - I added a belly band to keep the card together and also a back piece so that the card will stand up when opened.
Here's what it looks like when it is opened up and standing.
Here's the closed card.
