Today I'm participating in the Waves of the Ocean Blog Hop! Have you seen this amazing collection of products that has just been released by Stampin' Up!? All I can say is WOW! I am absolutely in love with this suite. The Stamp Set and Dies are amazing and the Designer Series Paper, Foil and Rhinestones are stunning! You are absolutely going to want to add this collection to your stash! The Bundle will carry over to the upcoming Annual Catalogue, but the Designer Series Paper, Foil Sheets and Rhinestone are only available until May 2nd or while supplies last. That will be sad when they are gone!

Instructions

Cut Coastal Cabana card stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold on score line to form card base.
Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to card base
Cut Basic White card stock 2 1/2" x 5 1/4"
Ink up the wave stamp using Sponge Daubers using Pacific Point and Coastal Cabana ink.
Stamp wave image on left hand side of Basic White card stock
Adhere to card base about 1" from the top of the Designer Series Paper.
Stamp pelican image on Basic White card stock using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Cut out using Die
Adhere using Dimensionals on right hand side
Cut Coastal Cabana Foil 3/4" x 3 1/4"
Cut Basic White card stock 1/2" x 3"
Stamp sentiment on Basic White card stock using Pacific Point ink
Adhere to Foil Sheet using Dimensionals
Adhere to card base using Dimensionals
Adhere Rhinestones
Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
Stamp pelican image on bottom right hand side using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
Adhere to inside of card.

Tutorial Bundle for the Ukraine

In response to the ongoing crisis, the Creativity Abounds Team has decided to create a Ukraine Fundraising Card Making Tutorial Bundle.

Who Are we?

The Creativity Abounds Design Team is a group of 13 Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world. We come together every month to create a Tutorial Bundle, hold a blog hop and also host regular online Stamp Camps.

All 13 members of the Creativity Abounds Design Team quickly expressed their interest in helping to bring together this special, additional Tutorial Bundle. As this newsletter is sent, work is underway around the world to get cards designed and tutorials written and compiled.

We didn’t want to wait to start raising money though, because this is timely and help is needed now. Therefore the bundle is up for sale now. You can start to order and pay for yours and the tutorial will follow as quickly as we can bring it together. We envision it will be with you by the week beginning 21st March!

The theme for the projects is blue/yellow. I am excited to see what ideas everyone comes up with. I know they are all going to inspire you in your card making – and of course you will be able to change the colour of the projects to suit other occasions.

All the proceeds from the sale of these tutorials will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross as a contribution from the crafting community to the work they are carrying out with the people of Ukraine.
