Crafty Challenge Blog Hop - February 2022

Welcome to the Crafty Challenge Blog Hop. We're a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators participating in this blog hop that features a fun sketch. I used the Abstract Beauty Designer Series Paper along with the Blessings of Home Stamp Set for my sketch. This paper is so pretty - it makes it easy to create lovely cards!
First, here's the sketch.
Instructions
- Cut Basic Black card stock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold on score line to form card base.
- Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to card base.
- Cut Designer Series Paper 1" x 4" (different pattern). Adhere to card base about 2" from bottom
- Cut Blushing Bride card stock 2 1/2" x 4 1/4"
- Cut Basic White card stock 2 1/4" x 4"
- Stamp image using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Add some colour to flowers using Water Painter and Blushing Bride ink
- Adhere to Blushing Bride card stock
- Adhere to card base
- Cut Heart & Home Doily in half
- Cut circle using Die from Basic White card stock
- Adhere to the Heart and Home Doily - in the centre
- Adhere to bottom edge of Designer Series Paper
- Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Basic White card stock
- Cut apart using Paper Snips and adhere to card base.
- Adhere embellishments
- Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Stamp image in bottom right corner using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Adhere to the inside of the card.
