Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop - September 2021
I'm participating in the Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop. The theme of this blog hop is to use the September Paper Pumpkin Kit as the inspiration for a project. The September Kit is adorable and is perfect for a Thanksgiving Table!
My project is inspired by the September Kit as my kit just arrived and I haven't had a chance to play with it, but I will be definitely making the projects this weekend!
Instructions
- Cut Basic Black cards stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Score at 4 1/4" and fold on score line to create card base.
- Cut Bumblebee card stock 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
- Cut Basic White card stock 3 3/4" x 5" and emboss using the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder,
- Adhere to Bumblebee card stock using Stampin' Seal.
- Stamp pumpkin using Pumpkin Pie ink on Basic White card stock.
- Cut out using Die.
- Stamp leaves using Soft Succulent ink on Basic White card stock. Colour using Soft Succulent Stampin' Blends.
- Cut out using Die.
- Adhere pumpkin to card base using Dimensionals.
- Adhere leaves to pumpkin using Dimensionals.
- Cut 6" of ribbon and colour using Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends. Tie a small bow and adhere to the top of the pumpkin using a Glue Dot.
- Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Basic White card stock. Cut out using Paper Snips
- Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
- Adhere stars to card base.

Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition
We're so excited to be host our Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition.
While we'd all like to be able to get together to stamp, that just isn't possible yet. The retreat will be held on Friday, October 22nd from 7-9pm and on Saturday, October 23rd from 8am to 8pm! The event will be hosted on Zoom as well as streamed to a private Facebook Group for the Make and Take Sessions.
The cost is $105 CDN which includes:
- TWO stamp sets - Delivering Cheer (from the July to December Mini) and Tidings and Trimmings (from the Annual Catalogue)
- Package of Brushed Metallic Dots
- 6 Make and Take projects (includes the supplies, but you provide the adhesives and inks) and PDF instructions
- Pillow gift
- Prizes throughout the day
Sign up and pay by September 26th and you'll be entered into a draw for a Bundle AND you'll receive a Sale-a-Bration item (Level 1) of your choice.
Deadline for sign up is October 6th at 11:59pm Pacific.
