International Highlights Blog Hop - September 2021

I'm excited to participate again in Kylie's Monthly International Blog Highlights for September! The theme is "Thank You".  I created this beautiful card featuring the Daisy Garden stamp set from the Annual Catalogue.  I love "popping" the image using a heat embossed image with Blending Brushes and Ink.  I love how this card turned out.  What do you think?

Instructions

1. Cut Thick Basic White card stock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2".  Fold on score line to form card base.
2. Cut Basic Black card stock 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
3. Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
4. Stamp image using Versamark
5. Sprinkle with White Embossing Powder and heat with Heat Tool.
6. Once dry, use a Blending Brush and Pale Papaya ink to colour the entire embossed piece.  You can apply as much ink as you want until you get the colour you like
7. Adhere to the Basic Black card stock using Stampin' Seal
8. Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
9. Cut Basic Black card stock 1 1/4" x 3"
10. Cut Basic White card stock 1" x 2 3/4"
11. Stamp sentiment using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink about 3/4" from right end.
12. Cut flag end using Paper Snips
13. Adhere to Basic Black piece with the left end aligned using Stampin' Seal.
14. Cut flag end on Basic Black piece using Paper Snips
15. Wrap ribbon around left end and tie a bow.
16. Adhere to card base using Dimensionals.
