A perfect frame for Christmas
Today I'm sharing a card I shared on my Virtual Catalogue Launch featuring the Painted Season Product Suite. I have always loved cards with a pretty frame and so I used the Painted Season Designer Series Paper to create the frame. The paper I used is my favourite pattern so I couldn't resist using it!
Instructions
- Cut Real Red card stock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 5 1/2". Fold on the score line to form card base.
- Cut Garden Green card stock 4" x 5 1/4". Emboss using the Timber Embossing Folder.
- Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut Designer Series Paper using second largest Stitched Rectangle Die.
- Cut middle from the Designer Series Paper using fourth largest Stitched Rectangle Die.
- Adhere to card base using Adhesive Foam Strips.
- Cut Basic White card stock using fourth largest Stitched Rectangle Die.
- Stamp sentiment using Real Red ink about 3/4" from top of Basic White Rectangle.
- Adhere in the middle of the frame using Stampin' Seal.
- Stamp holly leaves on Basic White card stock using Garden Green ink. Cut out using Dies.
- Stamp berries on Basic White card stock using Real Red ink. Cut out using Die.
- Adhere to bottom of Basic White rectangle using Dimensionals.
- Adhere 3 gold Holly leaves to holly leaves using Glue Dots.
- Cut Basic White card stock 4" x 5 1/4"
- Cut Designer Series Paper 3/4" x 5 1/4"
- Adhere to the right hand side of the Basic White card stock leaving about 1/4" of white showing.
- Stamp sentiment using Real Red ink on Basic White card stock
- Adhere to the inside of the card base.

Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition
We're so excited to be host our Your Creative Escapes Retreat - Holiday Edition.
While we'd all like to be able to get together to stamp, that just isn't possible yet. The retreat will be held on Friday, October 22nd from 7-9pm and on Saturday, October 23rd from 8am to 8pm! The event will be hosted on Zoom as well as streamed to a private Facebook Group for the Make and Take Sessions.
The cost is $105 CDN which includes:
- TWO stamp sets - Delivering Cheer (from the July to December Mini) and Tidings and Trimmings (from the Annual Catalogue)
- Package of Brushed Metallic Dots
- 6 Make and Take projects (includes the supplies, but you provide the adhesives and inks) and PDF instructions
