Father's Day Blog Hop
Today I'm participating in the Father's Day Blog Hop. I had fun creating this "Z Fold" card featuring the Simply Elegant Designer Series Paper and sentiments from the Handsomely Suited Stamp Set.
- Cut Basic Black Cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2".
- Fold in half on 5 1/2" score line and then fold the front flap back to form card base.
- Cut Very Vanilla Cardstock 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
- Adhere to the inside of the card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4" and adhere to the inside of the card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut 2 pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock 2 5/8" x 4 1/8"
- Adhere to the front flaps of the card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper 2 1/2" x 4"
- Adhere to the front flaps of the card base using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut Basic Black cardstock 3" x 11" and score at 2 3/4" and 5 1/2"
- Fold in half on 5 1/2" score line and then fold the front flap back to form card base.
- Turn the piece so that the 5 1/2" side is at the front. Add Tear and Tape Adhesive or Stampin' Seal to the left and right 3" edges.
- Adhere to the main card base - with the longest side at the top and aligned with left edge and the smaller flaps underneath and aligned with right edge.
- Cut Very Vanilla cardstock 2 7/8" x 5 3/8" and emboss using Greenery Embossing Folder.
- Adhere to the front of the small Basic Black piece using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut 2 pieces of Very Vanilla cardstock 2 7/8" x 2 5/8" and adhere to the small flaps using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut 2 pieces of Designer Series Paper 2 3/4" x 2 1/2" and adhere to the small flaps using Stampin' Seal.
- Cut out large tag from Basic Black cardstock and 2nd largest tag from Very Vanilla cardstock using Tailor Made Tag dies
- Add trim through Basic Black Tag and tie with Very Vanilla Twine
- Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla Tag using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink
- Add Black Twine through Very Vanilla Tag
- Adhere Very Vanilla Tag to Basic Black Tag using Dimensionals.
- Adhere Basic Black Tag to card front using Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment on a scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock.
- Cut out with Paper Snips
- Adhere to the inside of the card
- Adhere Black Matte Dots to front of card
