Today I'm participating in Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop.  I'm so excited to be part of this training program again this year and happy to be participating in this Blog Hop with amazing Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world. The purpose of the group is for the group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators that are part of the program...to share ideas and to learn from each other...to help us in our Stampin' Up! Business.

The theme is THANK YOU and I'm sharing the exclusive thank you card that you will receive if you place an order with me from now until May 10th.  I love the Fine Art Floral Product Suite from the January to June Mini Catalogue and I've used the beautiful Designer Series Paper and Golden Acetate Sheets as the star of my cards.  The die cuts out the beautiful words and I stamp the "Thank You" sentiment.  I hope you'll enjoy receiving one of these cards as my thank you for your order!

Instructions

  1. Cut Cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form card base.  I used Poppy Parade, Pumpkin Pie and Just Jade for my card bases.
  2. Cut Designer Series Paper 4" x 5 1/4"
  3. Cut Acetate 4" x 5 1/4"
  4. Adhere the acetate to the DSP using a small strip of Stampin' Seal.  I applied this at the bottom of the DSP underneath the strip of cardstock so it wouldn't show.
  5. Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
  6. Cut cardstock 1" x 4" and adhere to the cardbase - covering the adhesive strip that holds the acetate on.
  7. Adhere 3 3/4" of ribbon across cardstock using Stampin' Seal.
  8. Cut out words in a coordinating colour to the card base and adhere to the acetate using Multipurpose Adhesive Glue. 
  9. Stamp sentiment using coordinating colour on a scrap of Basic White cardstock.
  10. Cut out using Die.
  11. Adhere in middle of ribbon using Mini Dimensionals.
  12. Add an embellishment to dot the "J' in "Just"

      I love the use of the acetate - I always struggle with using it. All the colors are great, but Poppy Parade is my favorite.
