International Blog Highlights Winners Hop - February 2021

I’m so excited to be featured in the the International Highlights Top Ten Winners Blog Hop hosted by Kylie Bertucci. I was selected to participate in this hop by finishing in the top ten of the February 2021 International Highlights. Thank you to everyone who voted for my card! The theme for the International Blog Highlights is "Thank You"! Here's my Hydrangea Haven Easel Card that I shared in the International Highlights Blog Hop.  

Today I'm sharing a card featuring the Butterfly Brilliance stampset that will be available to purchase starting on March 2nd. It is a pre-order of a bundle that will be available in the Annual Catalogue that launches in June! The only way to get it now is to join my Team and shop at a discount!

The stampset is amazing with 6 gorgeous butterflies!  It's all one stamp, but cuts out using the coordinating die!  I used it as a background stamp on today's card.  I created the beautiful background for the butterflies using my WaterPainter and Reinkers - it was so easy.  Check out my YouTube video showing you just how easy it was.  I was inspired by Beth McCullough and a demonstration she did on the Creativity Abounds Day of Inspiration event.  Thanks Beth!

Instructions

1. Cut Pool Party cardstock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and fold in half to form a card base.
2. Cut Daffodil Delight 4" x 5 1/4".
3. Cut Shimmery White cardstock 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
4. Add 3-4 drops of water to one drop of Mint Macaron re-inker and use your broad brush WaterPainter to apply to the bottom of the Shimmery White cardstock - about 1 1/2" wide
5. Repeat using Pool Party and Daffodil Delight.
6. Let the cardstock dry or dry with your Heat Tool.
7. Stamp the butterfly images using Tuxedo Black Memento Ink.
8. Trim the Shimmery White cardstock piece to 3 3/4" x 5" and adhere to the Daffodil Delight piece using Stampin' Seal.
9. Wrap ribbon around piece about 1 1/2" from bottom and tie a bow on the left hand side.
10. Adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal.
11. Cut Shimmery White cardstock 3/4" x 2 5/8"
12. Stamp sentiment using Pool Party ink
13. Cut Pool Party cardstock 1" x 2 3/4"
14. Punch both pieces out using Lovely Labels Pick a Punch.
15. Adhere the Shimmery White piece to the Pool Party piece using Dimensionals.
16. Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals.

Pictures of the items for sale will be posted in 2 albums (one for Diane and one for Melva) on March 19th. Please refrain from making comments on items until then. All interests will ONLY be taken starting at 7am PDT March 20th – we will delete or ignore comments posted before that! There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Canadian residents only!

To view Media, then albums. There will be an album for Diane and and album for Melva.

Look through the album (s) and comment “SOLD”, below the picture of the items you would like to purchase to hold your product. Your comment will be acknowledged by the album owner that it is on hold for you. NOTE**** All Sales must be finalized by March 21st at 7pm PDT (both BOGO and Online store).

The album owner will respond and keep a running total for you. Once you are done, you will be given you your final total of how much you need to purchase of new product to receive the retired product for FREE (prior to shipping and taxes). Note that if you cannot arrange for pickup of the retired product from the owner in Kamloops, BC or Ladysmith, BC, you will also have to pay for shipping on the Retired Product.

So now you have your total of Retired Product from me, now what?

The event will be hosted on Zoom as well as streamed to a private Facebook Group for the Make and Take Sessions.
