International Highlights Blog Hop - May 2023
I'm excited to participate again in Kylie's Monthly International Blog Highlights for May. Today I'm sharing a pop up pocket Thank You card that I will be giving to cabin stewards and other staff on the upcoming Incentive Trip Cruise to the Norwegian Fjords! I'm so excited to be part of a very exclusive group of Demonstrators that earned the trip last year - less than 1% of Demonstrators earn the trip. We leave on May 21st for our cruise.
I love the Countryside Inn Suite and it was perfect for my card. Wouldn't you love to get one of these as a thank you?

Instructions
- Cut Misty Moonlight cardstock 4 1/4" x 11" and score at 1 3/4" and 7 1/4" along long side. Fold and burnish on scorelines using Bone Folder to form card base.
- Cut Boho Blue cardstock 4" x 3 1/2" and adhere to top flap
- Cut Designer Series Paper 3 3/4" x 3 1/4" and adhere to top flap
- Cut Boho Blue cardstock 1 1/2" x 4" and emboss using Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder
- Adhere to bottom flap
- Cut Designer Series Paper 3 1/4" x 7" and score at 1/2" and 5 3/8"
- Add Tear & Tape to the 1/2" flap.
- Light up the edge of the DSP with the top scoreline in the inside of the card. Fold the top flap down on the adhesive.
- Fold the bottom flap upwards on the DSP
- Add Tear & Tape Adhesive strips to each edge of the card base along the sides of the bottom flap.
- Adhere bottom flap to the card base.
- Tuck bottom pocket into flap
- Cut label using Die or punch from Misty Moonlight cardstock
- Cut smaller label from Basic White cardstock
- Stamp sentiment using Misty Moonlight ink
- Adhere sentiment label to larger label
- Adhere to the front of the card so that the top edge of label overlaps the 2 flaps - adhere only to the bottom flap. This will keep the top flap from opening
- Wrap ribbon around top of the front flap and tie a bow
- Adhere Embellishments

Monthly Card Club
I'm excited to be offering a Monthly Card Club either In Person or by mail. Each month I will select a stamp set or bundle to feature. You will make 3 cards with envelopes and receive 1/2 package of Designer Series Paper, package of Embellishments and a roll of ribbon or embossing folder. Cost is $45 In Person (or local pick up) and $50 mailed.
You can join my club monthly. If you join for 6 consecutive months and get a swag bag valued at $25 from me as a gift.
The In Person classes will be held on the last Sunday of each month from 10am to 12noon or 1-3pm. Space will be limited to 3 people per class and masks will be mandatory (as well as any other requirements announced by the Provincial Health Officer).
Registration is now open for the May Club featuring Countryside Inn from the 2023-2024 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue. Registration closes May 14.
