Festive Friday Challenges - World Kindness Day
It's time for another Festive Friday Challenge! Every second Friday we post a challenge for you with a specific theme and an Inspo List of 10 items to choose from to create your project. We encourage you to create a project based on the theme and Inspo List and then post it using at least 3 items from the inspiration list.
This week’s challenge FF #0096 - World Kindness Day
Your goal is to simply use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up! #festivefridaychallenge At Festive Friday, you do not need to actually celebrate the occasion. I hope you’ll make a card, scrapbook page or 3-D project and join us. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. If you want help entering, please email me at stampinwithmelva@gmail.com and I’d be happy to help you!
I really like how soft and pretty my card turned out. I created this card with a colour combination that we used during our World Card Making Day Event - Soft Succulent, Night of Navy and Petal Pink. It's perfect for a Thank You card for someone special.
Wouldn't you like to receive this card? I used the Hand Penned Petals Bundle and used flowers, embossing, thank you sentiment, pastel colours and shimmer from the Inspo List. I know you only have to use 3 items, but it was so easy to use more :)
Instructions
- Cut Night of Navy card stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" and score at 4 1/4". Fold in half to form card base
- Cut Petal Pink card stock 4" x 5 1/4".
- Cut Basic White card stock 3 3/4" x 5" and emboss using the Timeworn Type Embossing Folder. Adhere to the Petal Pink card stock.
- Adhere to the card base.
- Cut out the 3rd largest Scalloped Contour Die using Soft Succulent Shimmer Vellum.
- Adhere to the card base using Dimensionals.

This is an under-used set in my craft room Melva so I am inspired by your beautiful card this week! Love the shimmery panel behind the flowers and touch of ribbon too. Just lovely!
